Q: I'm having problems getting the peel off masque to gel correctly. Do you have any suggestions for mixing?
1. Be sure to precisely follow the dosage measurements on the instructions for each product.
2. Use a thermometer to determine the exact temperature of the water. Each type of masque has its own required temperature. For example, the new Argiwrap Body Mask needs water at 140° F while other alginate masques call for the water to be 68° F.
3. Take care to cleanse the skin before applying as skin oils can break the mask's peeling properties.
Mixing alginate powder is a technique like any other, demanding practice for perfect results. After a just a couple of tries, you'll begin to get a better grasp of the method.
Q: What is your return policy?
RETURN POLICY
We accept unopened products only for refund or exchange within 30 days. Please contact us first for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA #). We cannot accept any returns without RMA. All our products are manufactured under strict European laboratory controls to eliminate any defective batches so all application issues can be resolved with practice--they are usually due to improper dosage or water temperature. In the event that one or two tries don't yield the peel off results you desire, please contact our technical department at 866-671-7451 and we'll be happy to go over the correct mixing procedure with you.
This is a professional product and once you have mastered the technique, you will be on your way to providing world class spa treatments to your clients.
Q: Do you ship outside of the United States?
We ship our products all over the world. When ordering, the shopping cart will calculate shipping within the U.S. You will then receive an email from us to let you know how much shipping to your address will cost. We take into consideration the default shipping you have paid already and subtract it from the shipping cost to your country. We will debit this amount from the credit card you use to place the order.
For PayPal orders, you will receive a PayPal invoice that you can pay at your convenience, after which your order will ship.
